Sportsbook Bonus Terms & Conditions

1. General Bonus Rules

Bonuses apply to verified, registered accounts only. One bonus per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Breaching this may result in forfeiture of winnings, account suspension, or permanent exclusion from promotions.

Bonuses activate upon meeting the stated criteria — qualifying bet, deposit, or promo code. Stacking with other offers is not permitted unless the promotion states otherwise.

Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its Specific Bonus Terms, available on the bonus card or promotion page.

Wagering & eligibility — requirements and odds limits are set per bonus in its specific terms. Cashed out, refunded, or cancelled bets are excluded from all turnover calculations.

Validity — 3 days from issue unless stated otherwise. Unmet requirements or unused bonuses after this point are voided automatically.

Cancellation — not available once a bonus is activated. Bonus funds are held in a separate balance and do not restrict real-money withdrawals.

2. Prohibited Activity

Fraudulent or abusive use of any bonus is strictly prohibited. QueenWin may cancel bonuses and winnings and suspend or close any account involved in the following:

• Coordinating with other players to exploit offers
• Identity fraud or use of multiple accounts
• Exploiting platform errors to manipulate promotional terms

4. Freebet Terms

4.1 Types

• OnlyWin — winning bet returns net winnings only; stake not returned
• AllWin — winning bet returns stake plus winnings
• NoRisk — losing bet returns the freebet amount as real cash

4.2 Restrictions

• Valid only for the bet types, odds, and events listed per promotion
• Cannot be split or partially used
• Cash Out unavailable on freebet bets
• Cancelled or voided freebet wagers are treated as used; no reissue
• Do not count toward wagering requirements of other bonuses

4.3 Validity

Valid for 3 days (72 hours) from credit unless the promotion states otherwise.

5. Changes & Termination

Terms and offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Material changes will be communicated to affected players. Continuing to participate after notification is taken as acceptance.

Bonuses activated before a termination date remain governed by the original terms at the time of activation.

Sportsbook Promotions

Welcome Bonus — 20 GBP/EUR/USD in Freebets

New players only. Must be claimed within 7 days of registration. One claim per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

To activate: place a bet of £/€/$10 or more at odds of 2.00 or greater on any sports market. Freebets are credited once the qualifying bet settles.

Max odds: 10.00 on accumulator freebet, 2.50 on all others. Expire 72 hours after credit.

Royal Treble Weekend

Every Saturday and Sunday (UTC). All active QueenWin players are eligible.

To activate: place 3 separate accumulator bets, each with a minimum of 3 selections at odds of 1.50 or greater, minimum stake £/€/$20 per bet. A £/€/$10 freebet is credited once all three bets settle.

Freebet max odds: 2.50. Expires 48 hours after credit.

One claim per week per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Multiple accounts result in suspension and forfeiture.
