Sportsbook Rules

1. General

By placing a bet on our platform, you automatically accept these Sportsbook Rules in full and agree to be bound by them at all times. You confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority as required by the laws of your jurisdiction, that all registration information you have provided is accurate and up to date, and that you fully understand the inherent financial risk involved in wagering. You further acknowledge that no claims may be made against us in connection with losses sustained during betting activity.

We reserve the right to amend these rules, regulations, payment procedures, betting limits, and odds structures without prior personal notice. Any amendments take immediate effect for all bets placed after the change. The terms applicable at the time a wager was placed remain valid for that specific bet and are not affected by subsequent rule changes.

The English version of these rules takes precedence over all other translations or versions. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English text and any other language version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Where a matter is not explicitly addressed by these rules, we reserve the right to reach a final determination on an individual basis, guided by the principles of fairness and consistency.

1.1 Verification & KYC

We may conduct identity, credit, and other verification checks — including video verification — at any time and as often as deemed necessary, in accordance with applicable laws or at the request of relevant regulatory authorities. By accepting these rules, you agree to cooperate fully with all such checks and to provide any documentation we request in a timely manner.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to your account until all verification procedures have been completed to our satisfaction. Document verification periods do not exceed 30 days. The verification of betting history and related activity does not exceed 180 days.

We may also request evidence of the origin of your funds at any point. Acceptable documentation includes bank statements, payslips, or official confirmation of employment and position held.

Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity — including but not limited to the use of false documents, third-party account access, manipulation of bets, or misrepresentation of identity — we reserve the right to initiate a video verification procedure. This is conducted via a scheduled video call (Skype) in English. If the player has no knowledge of English, they must arrange for a qualified interpreter at their own expense. During the call, the player must be alone in a private room (except for any interpreter), and must not wear accessories or clothing that may obstruct identification.

The outcome of a video verification may result in cancellation of all bets, withdrawal of deposited funds as compensation for fraudulent activity, and permanent account closure. All decisions reached following video verification are final.

We may also place a telephone call to the number registered on your account as a required component of our KYC process. If you do not answer, if the number is incorrect, or if we are unable to contact you within two weeks by either phone or email, we reserve the right to retain any funds held and to close your account. No claims will be accepted after this two-week period has elapsed.

If a player actively refuses or passively fails to complete the verification process within two weeks of our first notification, we reserve the right to declare all bets invalid and void all associated winnings.

1.2 Account Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Each player may hold only one registered account. Re-registration under different personal details is prohibited and may only be undertaken with our explicit prior consent. Sharing account access with any third party, using another person’s payment details, or transferring funds from external electronic wallets or payment accounts is strictly prohibited.

Placing bets from the same IP address, device, or local network as another registered player is also prohibited, as it raises reasonable concerns of collusion or multi-accounting. We reserve the right to block all linked accounts and cancel all associated bets without prior notice.

Automated tools, scripts, bots, or any software that employs algorithms to make wagering decisions on your behalf are strictly forbidden. Any account found to be using such tools will be blocked immediately and all bets will be refunded.

Players may not bet on any event in which they are personally involved as an athlete, coach, referee, or official. Similarly, employees of betting companies are not permitted to place wagers, and any such bets identified will be subject to full refund.

We prohibit group betting and repeated placement of identical bets across the same or multiple accounts. Where collusion is suspected, we reserve the right to void all relevant bets following an investigation, even after the official result of a competition is known.

Any suspected abuse of the platform — including exploitation of software errors, incorrect odds, or system vulnerabilities — must be reported to us immediately. Failure to do so entitles us to seek full compensation for all costs arising from such an error. Winnings derived from known software errors will not be paid.

1.3 Errors, Liability & General Limitations

We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of content published on our platform. However, all event information is provided for informational purposes only, and we do not accept liability for inaccuracies. We recommend consulting alternative sources of information independently.

We are not responsible for errors in the entry, transmission, display, or publication of odds or results. Where a bet has been accepted due to an obvious error — including incorrect odds, incorrect team names, wrong match format, or erroneous result display — we reserve the right to cancel or recalculate the affected bet at any time. In the event of markets being incorrectly calculated, we reserve the right to correct them retrospectively.

We are not liable for any hardware failures, software defects, poor internet connections, or other technical issues arising on the player’s side. Fluctuations in fiat or cryptocurrency exchange rates that affect the value of payments are also outside our liability.

Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to their gambling winnings under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

2. Bets

2.1 Bet Acceptance & Validity

A bet is considered valid and binding from the moment it is registered in our system and confirmed by the “Bet Accepted” message in the betting coupon. If this confirmation does not appear, you should check your betting history or contact our support team before assuming a bet has been placed.

After making a deposit, funds must be wagered at least once (x1 wager requirement) before any withdrawal may be processed, unless alternative terms have been specified for a particular promotion or deposit method. Only settled bets — both winning and losing — count towards this requirement. Cancelled bets and bets resulting in a refund do not contribute to the wagering requirement.

If odds change at the moment of bet placement, you will receive a notification within the betting coupon. The bet may not be accepted automatically until you confirm your acceptance of the revised odds. You may enable the “Accept Odds Change” option in your settings to allow bets to be accepted immediately without requiring manual confirmation.

Pre-match tickets may be accepted prior to the official listed start time. If a ticket is accepted after an event has already commenced, this constitutes a rules violation and we reserve the right to cancel such bets and settle them at odds of 1.

2.2 Cancellation, Limits & Restrictions

Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player under any circumstances. It is your sole responsibility to verify that all selections are correct before confirming payment. Please review your bet coupon carefully before proceeding.

Maximum bet amounts are determined by sport, event type, market, and other platform criteria, and are subject to change without prior written notice. We reserve the right to impose special betting limits on individual accounts or specific events at any time and without explanation.

The maximum combined odds for any multiple bet are capped at 1,000, regardless of the number of selections or individual odds. No multiple bet may combine more than 50 events in a single wager.

It is not permitted to include different outcomes from the same match, or bets on the same player within the same tournament, within an accumulator or system bet. If such selections are identified, the affected bet will be refunded even if the platform did not block placement at the time.

2.3 Cashout

Cashout functionality is available on selected markets and enables you to settle a bet before the final outcome has been determined. This feature is not offered on two-outcome markets where a void or push result is a possible settlement. Where cashout has been applied to such a market in error, we reserve the right to cancel the cashout and recalculate the bet based on the official result.

Cashout values are determined and updated automatically by our system. We reserve the right to remove or suspend the cashout feature at any time and without prior notice to players.

2.4 Settlement, Results & Disputes

All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Results are based on official protocols and sources published immediately after the conclusion of an event. Statistical data may be updated within 48 hours of an event’s end where required for accurate settlement.

Where data from different official sources conflicts, we reserve the right to suspend payouts until the discrepancy is fully resolved. Where the result published on an official website differs from the television broadcast, we reserve the right to settle based on the television broadcast data.

If the result of a completed event is subsequently cancelled or altered, settlement will be based on the original result as announced immediately after the event concluded. Subsequent appeals or amendments by official bodies do not affect settlement unless the amendment was made due to a factual human error in announcing the result.

All claims and disputes relating to bet settlement must be submitted within three days of the relevant market being calculated. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2.5 Bonuses & Promotions

We may offer bonus promotions at our discretion and reserve the right to decline bonus credits to any player without providing an explanation. Any bonuses credited to your account in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or system issue — will be reclaimed in full. Any winnings generated from erroneously credited bonuses will be voided and removed from your account balance. If you have already withdrawn such funds, the amount will constitute a debt owed to us.

Evidence of bonus abuse — including systematic exploitation of promotional terms or coordinated misuse — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may lead to permanent exclusion from future promotions.

2.6 Responsible Use & General Conduct

Our platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any form of commercial gain or professional arbitrage activity. We reserve the right to refuse bets from any player at any time without prior notice, explanation, or compensation.

Players are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to gambling winnings under the relevant laws of their jurisdiction. We are not liable for hardware failures, software defects, or connectivity issues occurring on the player’s side, nor for losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations on fiat or cryptocurrency transactions.

3. Sports Rules

3.1 Settlement — All Sports

Bets across all sports are settled using official statistics provided by the relevant governing body, competition authority, or official event website. Where official data is unavailable or demonstrably incorrect, we will use independent evidence to determine settlement. In the absence of consistent, independent evidence — or where significant conflicting evidence exists — bets will be settled using our own verified statistics.

For markets that have already been determined at the time of early abandonment, cancellation, or suspension of an event, those bets will stand regardless of the incomplete nature of the event. Markets that have not yet been determined at the time of abandonment will be declared void, even where a natural conclusion to the event would have produced an indisputable result.

3.2 Football / Soccer

All match markets are based on the result at the end of 90 minutes of scheduled play, including injury time and stoppage time added by the referee, unless otherwise stated. Extra time, golden goals, and penalty shootouts are excluded from standard match markets unless explicitly noted.

Abandoned or postponed matches are void unless the fixture is replayed or rescheduled within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time. Where a match venue is changed but the home team designation remains unchanged, bets placed prior to the change will stand. If the home and away designations are reversed — for example, where the match is played at the original away team’s ground — all pre-match bets will be void.

For matches played at neutral venues, bets stand regardless of which team is listed as the home team, whether or not this is indicated on our platform.

First & Last Goalscorer: Settled on 90 minutes only. Own goals do not count. Bets on players who do not take part in the match are void. Bets where the selected player enters the field after the first goal has been scored are also void.

Anytime Goalscorer: Any player who participates for any amount of time in the match is considered a runner. Bets on players who do not participate are void.

Correct Score & Anytime Correct Score: Own goals count towards the final score for settlement purposes.

Asian Handicaps: Settled in accordance with standard quarter, half, and whole-ball handicap conventions. In-play Asian Handicap bets are settled on the full-game score, including any goals scored before the bet was placed.

Corner Markets: Only corners that are actually taken count for settlement. Corners awarded but not taken do not count. If a corner must be re-taken, it counts as a single corner. Asian corner handicap rules mirror those of Asian goal handicaps.

Card Markets: Only yellow and red cards shown during 90 minutes to players on the pitch count. A second yellow leading to a red card counts as one yellow and one red; the second yellow is disregarded for settlement purposes. Cards shown after the final whistle, or to non-playing personnel such as managers or substitutes on the bench, are not counted.

Injury Time Markets: Settled on the time indicated by the fourth official’s board, not the actual duration of time played.

Tournament & Season Betting: Goals scored in 90 minutes and extra time count for most tournament markets unless stated. Penalty shootout goals are excluded from most markets. Dead-heat rules apply where multiple players or teams are tied. Top goalscorer markets exclude own goals.

3.3 Tennis

Bets stand regardless of schedule changes, venue changes, or surface changes (indoor to outdoor or vice versa), whether occurring before or during a match. If a match starts but is not completed, all bets are void unless the relevant market outcome has already been determined. Disqualification after the start of a match results in the progressing player being deemed the winner.

Set betting markets are void if the statutory number of sets is not completed or is altered. Tie-break rules and match tie-break conventions apply on a market-by-market basis as detailed in the full rules. In competitions where a match tie-break replaces a full third set, the tie-break is treated as the third set for all settlement purposes, with set betting settled as 2-1 to the winner.

Player prop markets — including aces, double faults, and games won — are settled from official tournament statistics. In the event of retirement or disqualification, bets are void unless the market outcome has already been determined.

3.4 Basketball

All pre-game bets include overtime unless otherwise stated. For bets to have action, there must be five minutes or fewer of scheduled game time remaining, unless the specific market outcome has already been determined. Player statistics — including points, rebounds, assists, blocks, and steals — require the named player to see court time for bets to stand. Bets on players who do not participate at all are void.

Double-double and triple-double markets require a player to record 10 or more in two or three of the five designated statistical categories respectively.

3.5 Ice Hockey

All bets include overtime and shootouts unless otherwise stated. In the event of a game being decided by a penalty shootout, one goal is added to the winning team’s score for settlement purposes. Three-way markets are settled on the score at the end of regulation time only.

Period betting requires the relevant period to be completed for bets to have action. Certain markets — including Asian Handicap, Draw No Bet, Puck Line, and Race to Markets — explicitly exclude overtime and shootouts.

3.6 American Football

Pre-game bets include overtime unless stated otherwise. There must be five minutes or fewer of scheduled game time remaining for bets to have action. All NFL match markets and pre-game props are settled according to official game statistics published on the day of the game; subsequent statistical amendments do not affect settlement.

Player props require the named player to compete in at least one down for bets to stand. Push rules apply to all spreads and totals.

3.7 Baseball

All pre-game bets include extra innings unless otherwise stated. The 8½-inning rule applies to run line and totals betting for standard MLB games, with the 4½-inning rule applying to money line and certain totals markets. The 6½-inning rule applies to seven-inning doubleheader games.

Where a Mercy Rule is applied, all bets stand on the score at the time the rule is called. Pitcher listings apply to MLB only; for non-MLB baseball, bets stand regardless of who pitches.

3.8 Cricket

Settlement rules vary by match format. For Twenty20 matches, the full 20 overs must be scheduled. For One Day matches, a minimum of 40 overs per team is required. Test and County Championship matches are settled across the full match, with a minimum of 200 overs in drawn games.

Top batter and top bowler markets require the selected player to be named in the starting XI. Players who are selected but do not bat or bowl are settled as losers. In the event of tied wicket counts, the bowler with the fewer runs conceded is deemed the winner; dead-heat rules apply if both figures are equal.

Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculations count as official results for relevant markets.

3.9 Boxing, MMA & UFC

Bets on postponed fights stand for 30 days. If either fighter is replaced, all bets are void. The fight begins when the bell sounds for the first round. If a fighter fails to answer the bell for a new round, their opponent is deemed to have won in the preceding round.

Money Line markets are void in the event of a draw or majority draw. For round and group-of-rounds betting, if the number of scheduled rounds is changed, all such bets are void. UFC total rounds use 2 minutes 30 seconds as the half-round threshold; Boxing uses 1 minute 30 seconds.

3.10 Golf

All outright bets are settled on the player awarded the trophy, including the outcome of playoffs. Non-runner no-bet applies. A minimum of 36 holes must be completed for outright bets to stand; if fewer than 36 holes are completed, bets placed prior to the final completed round are void.

Match betting is settled on the player achieving the highest placing at the conclusion of the tournament. If one player misses the cut, the other is deemed the winner. If both players miss the cut, the lower score after the cut determines settlement.

3.11 Rugby Union & Rugby League

Unless otherwise stated, all rugby bets are settled on 80 minutes of play, including stoppage time. Extra time is excluded unless specified. In the event of a change of opponent, all bets for that match are void.

Try scorer markets — including first, last, and anytime — require the player to participate in the match for bets to stand. Penalty tries count in all try-related markets. Conversions do not count in any scoring play market.

Half markets are settled at the end of the designated half and exclude any extra time played.

3.12 Other Sports

Full sport-specific rules — covering Badminton, Bandy, Beach Volleyball, Bowls, Cycling, Darts, Floorball, Futsal, GAA Sports, Handball, Horse Racing, Motor Racing, Netball, Snooker, Volleyball, Water Polo, Winter Sports, and all other covered disciplines — are governed by detailed provisions available in the complete rules documentation. Core principles applicable across all sports include:

  • Overtime and shootout inclusion or exclusion varies by sport and specific market type
  • Player prop markets require confirmed participation for bets to stand
  • Abandoned matches follow sport-specific minimum completion thresholds before bets have action
  • Official governing body results determine all final settlements
  • Dead-heat rules apply in the event of tied outcomes unless otherwise specified

4. Esports Rules

4.1 General Esports Rules

All esports markets are settled based on official in-game results as declared via the official video stream or in-game broadcast of the relevant match. Start dates and times displayed for esports fixtures are indicative only and not guaranteed to be accurate. Bets placed on a match with an incorrect listed time will still stand.

If a match is paused or postponed and not rescheduled within 24 hours of the original start time, all bets on that match will be voided. A postponement of exactly 24 hours means all bets continue to stand.

Minor spelling errors in player, team, or tournament names do not affect bet validity unless the name clearly refers to a different entity. If a team name changes due to an organisational change or rebranding, all bets stand. If an organiser awards a walkover win, all bets are void.

Stand-in players are permitted where allowed by the tournament organiser and an official result is produced; bets stand as normal. However, if 50% or more of a team’s roster is replaced via stand-ins, all bets are voided and a new fixture is created.

Where an organiser overrules a match result due to cheating or other irregularities within 72 hours of match completion, all bets on that match are voided. After 72 hours have elapsed, results are final and no amendments are made.

All markets include overtime unless the market name specifies otherwise. If the match format differs from what was originally listed, we reserve the right to void all bets on that fixture.

4.2 Game-Specific Rules

CS2 & Valorant: If a player disconnects and the match continues 4v5 for at least 3 rounds, all bets on affected map, match, and side markets are voided. Rounds 1–12 constitute the first half of each map. In the case of a round restart, bets stand and are resolved on the official score.

Dota 2: If a competitor disconnects within the first 10 minutes and cannot reconnect or be replaced, all bets on the affected map and match are voided. Disconnections after the 10-minute mark result in bets standing according to the official result. A split kill finished by a neutral creep or tower is omitted from official results and does not count towards player markets.

League of Legends: The same 10-minute disconnect threshold applies. In the event of a chronobreak, pre-match bets are resolved on the official result, while live bets are cancelled and resumed under a new match ID.

eSoccer & eBasketball: Virtual sports titles — including the Valhalla Cup (eSoccer) and Valhalla League (eBasketball) — are contested by semi-professional players in supervised studio environments with dedicated integrity referees. All matches follow defined in-game settings including difficulty level, game speed, and relevant competition rules as specified in our full esports documentation.

eCricket (Yodha Premier League): Played on Cricket 22 in multiplayer mode, five overs per side, five wickets. All in-game umpire decisions are final. No DRS is available.

4.3 Outright & Player Markets

Esports outright markets are settled on official tournament results. In the event of a team change, we reserve the right to void all outright bets and reopen the market. If a tournament is postponed or cancelled, all bets are voided.

Player markets are voided in the event of a player substitution. Player statistics for CS2 are verified against HLTV.org, Valorant against VLR.gg, Dota 2 against Dotabuff, and League of Legends against GOL.gg. Where data from these sources is corrupted or unavailable, the official video stream is used for settlement.
